Typically, orders arrive within 12-20 days. While some remote areas or countries may experience occasional delays, our dedicated team monitors every order's transportation status closely.

3. For expedited delivery via 4PX Express service, shipping costs will be calculated based on your country or region. Please inform us if you prefer this option. The estimated delivery time is 7-12 days, subject to occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that we do not currently offer commercial express delivery options such as DHL/UPS/FEDEX, as their services are undergoing restructuring, impacting delivery time guarantees.

4. We offer a complimentary shipping option for most countries, calculated based on your geographical location. Any shipping fees or additional costs will be clearly outlined during checkout for your convenience.

5. Please be aware that upon arrival in your country, your order may be subject to tariffs, incurring additional costs. The buyer is responsible for covering any associated fees; the seller will not assume liability for these charges.

6. Customers from EU member states are required to pay VAT, with the applicable rate specified during checkout for transparency.

7. Parcels destined for most EU countries are dispatched via 4PX logistics channels, facilitating smoother customs clearance. However, some countries may not accept IOSS codes on shipping receipts, potentially causing delays at customs. In such cases, please reach out to our customer service team or contact to obtain the necessary IOSS code for customs clearance.
