We offer a one-year warranty on all of our products. If you encounter any defects or issues with your product within one year of purchase, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund (if the issue cannot be resolved through repair or replacement).

To request a return or refund under warranty:

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos if necessary.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process, including the shipping instructions.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide details of the issue, including your order number, photos or videos of the product, and a description of the problem.
  • Our team will evaluate your case and assist with the return or exchange process.

If your product is covered under warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or buyer’s remorse. All returns must be due to defective or damaged products or issues covered under warranty.

5. Shipping and Return Costs

  • The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping fee must be covered by the customer (unless we made an error in fulfilling your order).
